1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 777nd ("777nd", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://777nd.io ("the Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you accept these Terms unconditionally. These Terms apply to all registered users and to any person who browses the Platform without registering.

2 Eligibility

If 777nd determines at any time that a Player does not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out above, 777nd may immediately suspend or close the account, void any outstanding bets, and withhold any winnings pending investigation. In cases of underage gambling, all deposits will be returned and winnings will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 777nd Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Any changes to your personal details must be communicated to 777nd support promptly.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

777nd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with best-practice standards for online gaming platforms. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport (biographical data page)
• Driver's licence (front and back)
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for proof of address, not older than 3 months)

Until KYC verification is completed to 777nd's satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be held pending clearance. 777nd may also request additional documents where the circumstances of any account activity warrant further scrutiny.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 777nd wallet within 30 seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take between 1 and 4 business hours to be reflected in your balance. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1 to 24 hours, subject to KYC status and any applicable security checks.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless you contact support and complete an alternative payment method verification. 4.5 Currency

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

777nd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including during the promotional period, without prior notice. Players will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on the 777nd Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, or crash games. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market on the Platform.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 777nd system, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn by the Player. 777nd reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, incorrect odds display, or system malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account balance.

For sports betting markets, 777nd relies on data provided by reputable sports data providers. In the event of a dispute regarding the result of an event, 777nd's recorded result — based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting body — shall be final. For cricket markets, the result declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC) or the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) for domestic fixtures shall be authoritative.

777nd reserves the right to limit the maximum stake per bet or per market for any individual Player, without being required to provide a reason for such limitation.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777nd Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without human intervention.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption related to sporting events offered on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or display glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.

8 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of 777nd.

9 Privacy & Data

In all cases, 777nd's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 777nd account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777nd does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 777nd.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by 777nd

777nd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably suspects or determines that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, provided false information, or poses a risk of harm to 777nd, other players, or third parties.

11.2 Closure by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting 777nd support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements having been met.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 months, or request permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.
